Our Transparent 4-Phase OEM Process
To ensure a seamless and predictable journey, our entire OEM workflow is broken down into four clear and managed phases
Phase 1: Design Evaluation & Project Kick-off
1.Your Input:
You provide samples, reference images, or ideally, complete tech packs/design drawings.We also discuss your initial order quantity and annual forecast for better planning.
2.Our Feasibility Analysis:
We assess development complexity, material cost, and laborto provide a preliminary quotation.
Phase 2: Sampling & Precision Development
1.Agreement & Payment:
Upon quotation confirmation, the sample fee and mold development fee are paid to commence sampling.
2.Prototype Creation & Iteration:
We produce the initial sample for your evaluation. You thoroughly inspect aesthetics, comfort, sizing, and craftsmanship, providing detailed feedback. This iterative process typically repeats 2-3 times until final sample approval.
Phase 3: Bulk Production & Multi-Stage Quality Control
1.Final Quote & Contract:
With the sample locked in, we issue a final precise quotation. A purchase contract is signed, detailing all terms, and a deposit (e.g.,30-50%) is typically required.
2.Production Launch:
Materials are sourced and production lines are set up according to the approved sample.
3.In-Process Inspection (DUPRO):
We strongly recommend an inspection when 20-30% ofproduction is complete. This allows for early problemidentification and correction.
4.Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSl):
Finished products are inspected against AQL standardsbefore packing and shipping. Having successfully passed all quality checks, the focus shiftsto the final steps of delivery and payment.
Phase 4: Delivery & Partnership Growth
1.Shipping & Documentation:
We prepare all shipping documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, etc.).
2.Final Payment & Shipment:
The balance payment is made, and we dispatch your order.
